Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Dear Fellow Engineers,
Season’s Greetings.
How time flies! We are in the final month of 2011, so now would be an excellent time to begin collating your CPD activities over the last 12 months in preparation for submission of the annual return forms at the end of January 2012. The return forms and the CPD Quick Guide booklet have been sent as pdf documents together with this reminder.
We have tried to make the process as painless as possible to encourage engineers to get into the habit of engaging in CPD activities and recording them. In a nutshell, fill in your CPD activities in the appropriate spaces in the forms (use as many forms as you like!), send in the signed, completed forms to the BOETT office and the CPD committee will do the rest.
I would also like to use this opportunity to wish you and yours all the best for the season and for 2012. I look forward to receiving your responses.
